Prices children:

Children from 0 - 1,99 years stay free of charge.
Children from 2 to 8,99 years stay for EUR 15,- per child, per night.
Children from 9 to 13,99 years stay for EUR 20,- per child, per night.

Optionally for a surcharge we offer you:
Bread roll service, laundry service, business service (printer etc.), airport or train station transfer service (third-party provider) and a small shop in the house.

Dog: Your dog, best friend and family member, is very welcome with us! We charge € 20 per day without food. Please bring a dog basket or dog blanket.

Deposit: A deposit of € 50.00 is required upon arrival. Please have the deposit ready in cash. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure.

Tourist tax: An additional € 1.55 per person per day (from 14 years of age) for the local tourist tax will be added to the listed total price.

Arrival and departure: Your room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Non-smokers: We are a non-smoker house. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and in all public areas. However, you are welcome to smoke outside.

Reservation: Your booking is binding as soon as you have received from us a written confirmation by email in which we confirm receipt of deposit.

Down payment/deposit: For a firm reservation we ask for a down payment of 30% of the booking price.

Payment: bank transfer, EC card, all major credit cards or in cash.

Cancellation conditions: Up to 1 month before the start of the holiday, we do not charge any cancellation costs. From one month before the start of the holiday, we charge 30% of the agreed price. If the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 80% of the costs. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booking price will be charged.

We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
